The grapes are harvested at the end of August and placed in small wooden boxes. They are then softly pressed and fermentation occurs at a temperature of 16°C. The colour is a brilliant straw yellow. The taste is fresh and delicate and can be paired with any type of fish. Serve at 10°C.
