Pecorino IGT

Classic White

The name of the Pecorino grape variety , also known as “sheep’s wine”, comes from the strong tie between sheep farming and agriculture.  The vines can be found in those areas up in the mountains where sheep seasonally graze.  The early grape harvesting at the end of the summer in the Chieti area of the Abruzzo guarantees the freshness and liveliness of this white wine.  Its characteristics are a determined structure with yellow flowers and on the nose there is mature fruit.  To be paired with fish, fresh cheese and pasta in delicate sauces. To be served at 10°C
